Compliments and Complaints

 Listen

The CCG wants to make sure that local services are good quality. One of the ways we do this is by listening to compliments and complaints.

 Complain

If you want to complain about a health service you have received it is best to go to the hospital or NHS Trust who is caring for you.

If you are worried about doing that, we might be able to help or advise you.
