The CCG is led by a Governing Body that makes all the decisions in the CCG. They meet in public every other month, see here. The Governing Body is made up of GPs, nurses and managers. See here. |

Dr Anoop Dhesi is the Chair of our Governing Body and he is a doctor in Stalham. |

Our Chief Officer is called Melanie Craig. She is in charge of the CCG in Norfolk and Waveney. |

Mark Jeffries is the member of our Governing Body who makes sure that the CCG involves patients and the public in all the work we do. |

Compliments and Complaints |

The CCG wants to make sure that local services are good quality. One of the ways we do this is by listening to compliments and complaints. |

If you want to complain about a health service you have received it is best to go to the hospital or NHS Trust who is caring for you. If you are worried about doing that, we might be able to help or advise you. |
