Mental Health

One in three people across the country live with a mental health condition. This may be for many reasons including anxiety, depression, an addiction or a psychotic condition.

Patients living with mental health conditions need treatment, care and support, which in Norfolk and Waveney is usually provided by their GPs, by voluntary organisations and where additional and more specialist care is required by the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

Wellbeing Norfolk and Waveney offers a range of free and confidential support to help people make changes to improve their wellbeing and to help them cope with common mental health and emotional issues such as low mood, stress, anxiety and depression.
