Before her appointment to director of special projects for NHS Norfolk and Waveney CCGs in September 2019, Jocelyn worked for South Norfolk CCG for nine years. During that time, her roles have included chief officer and chief operating officer. Among other things, she has lead on commissioning mental health services.
Between 2009 and 2011 Jocelyn was employed by Norfolk Primary Care Trust as assistant director for planned care. Educated at Teesside University and Kings College London, Jocelyn has a master's degree in public policy.
When she’s not at work Jocelyn enjoys caring for her horse and her multitude of other animals.
