Publications

As a statutory organisation, we are required to produce a number of documents, policies and strategies that will be used to guide how we develop as a Clinical Commissioning Group.  A number have already been completed, which can be found below, others are still in development and will be added as they are finalised.

Documents in this section will include annual reports, agendas and minutes of public meetings, Freedom of Information requests, strategies, policies and declarations of interest.

Folder Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Act”) in an Act of UK law which provides everyone with a general right of access to all types of information held by public authorities such as NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (“CCG”).

There are no restrictions on who can request information from a public body; any persons of any age, nationality or location can make a request. The Act places an obligation on public authorities to disclose information. The Act also sets out a series of exemptions and procedural limitations on the public's right of access and on our obligations to you.

Further guidance on the Freedom of Information Act 2000 can be found on the Information Commissioner's Office website.

Established on 1 April 2020, the CCG is still a newly formed public sector organisation, although we may hold information pertaining to NHS Great Yarmouth & Waveney, NHS North Norfolk, NHS South Norfolk, NHS Norwich, and NHS West Norfolk CCGs which date back to 1 April 2013. Please note historical information prior to April 2013 can be found on the National Archive Website, or requested from the Department of Health Legacy Team via the contact details below:
